Where to ask questions about the forum itself?

There is no forum to allow users to ask about the forums itself, so I'll ask them here: 1.) How to edit posts you have already posted? 2.) How to add email notifications when someone respond...

Another request is to be able to post code in a clean code format (.e.g., code tags).



This would make code reading much easier.
