What does Exit Code 1001 mean?

I thought an Exit Code 1001 meant more than 1 instance of TC or TestExecute was being used. However, there's nothing in my Task Manager indicating this. Does anyone know what this could mean?

I believe this is not a testcomplete exit code.

I suspect this is a standard windows error code for unsufficient system resources.

As far as I remember, this error appears due to the lack of free disk space. Please check this.
