View all our previous Support tickets

I was wondering if there is an easy way to look at the existing tickets we have opened with SmartBear in the support portal?

    Hi jmorning,

     

    I've included a screenshot below with instructions on how to view your support cases. Please keep in mind that you can only view a history of cases you've created.
