Unlimited Virtual Users in TestExecute

Our company purchased the Unlimited Virtual Users package a couple of weeks ago and I have been working with it in TestComplete.  However when I try and work with it with TestExecute I am getting the error that I only have 5 virtual users  What do I need to do to get the unlimited virutual users working in TestExecute?

You need to download and install the "TestExecute: unlimited number of virtual users v. 7.0" package that can be downloaded from your account on our ClientServices portal.
