Unable to instrument the app

Hello all,

I am unable to instrument an apk app from developer team.

I got error message " TestComplete did not find the needed classes in the package.

possible causes:
      1- built with Instant Run feature enabled.

      2- The package is not a UI application."

1- I was able to instrument the previous version of the app.

2- Dev team confirmed the Instant Run was disabled when they built the apk.

3- I am using "Sign the application using the debug certificate" to instrument the app. ( The dev team is the third party and they don't share their certificates with us.)

Any solution for my case?
