Throwing Error while Excel Integration

In order to read test data, need to integrate excel to testcomplete. I am doing that in Test > Generate Data > Excel >browse. As soon as I hit the finish button, throwing the error "Unable to create an Excel Worksheet. Microsoft Excel is either not installed or is not registered in the system correctly."

Version Details below :

Excel 2016 32bit

TestComplete x86

Made sure Microsoft Access Database Engine is installed. Also tried with TestComplete x64 but the same result.
