The started WPF application by the script is treated as window32 appliaction.

Sometimes, with the under of  a tested WPF application, TestComplete recognizes it as Window32 application even it recordered as WPF application. I found out this  while playing back the recorded scri...

There are lots of discussions in the thread "Testing WPF Program Causes Crassh".

  Yes, I  already increased  the "Method invoke timeout" option's value way up to 30000. 

It helps to reduce the problem's frequency but not completely gone. Yeasterday even WPF Orders application coming with TestComplete was recognized as Window Application. I saved tcObject file. Please see the thread "Testing WPF Program Causes Crassh". Hope this mya help you to invetigate this issue.
