im trying to open TestComplete using .NET code but im still getting error "Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {10C09D22-37CD-496B-BB10-81047C104ADA} failed due to the following error: 800702e4 The requested operation requires elevation. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x800702E4).". Can you help me please?

Edit the manifest file of TestComplete and set uiAccess to false.
