The SmartBear Test Extension for Chrome is not getting enabled. Please help!

Question

Tried installing it from the.crx&nbsp;file as well. The team is blocked as they cannot proceed with test cases development.Please provide a complete solution that lets the extension to be installed and enabled.&nbsp;ThanksSarabjeet Singh

-- Have you tried correct extension from here: https://support.smartbear.com/downloads/testcomplete/chrome-patches/ ?
-- (As a last resort) have you tried to reinstall TC?
