Testcomplete - Select Bitbar Device Timeout

Hi Team,

I'm trying to run my automation test and I'm getting this error. This has been working last week and I'm not sure why I'm unable to get the bitbar devices and always gets a timeout.

This is working now. But I would like to kindly know what caused the timeout yesterday if there was a maintenance on Bitbar causing the devices to not display
