TestExecute not going through zap proxy

I am trying to have testcomplete go through ZAP security proxy.  When I run the test, they don't appear to be going through the proxy.  I setup the browser to use the proxy and even set Test Execute to use it but the traffic from the test doesn't seem to be going though it.

Has anyone else seen this issue?
