Thank you very much. But look like we cannot use this integration as Smartbear want that Jira issues must have environment field and our department do not use environment field in Jira. Lot of people are now using Jira for various purposes for different projects. I am automating those projects and if I start using the environment field then it impact everyone .
So we are looking for other ways to integrate smartbear to jira. If you have any suggestion please update .

Another option would be to use the built in integration and give some default value to environment field and then don't make it visible in JIRA.
