TestComplete version 12.40 crashes when loading JavaScript project suite.

Question

I already have my project suite created using TestComplete version 12.30. Now, I have downloaded latest version 12.40 and tried to open same project suite using newer TestComplete version. When trying to open project suite, TestComplete crashes with message "TestComplete has encountered a problem in module aqEcmaScriptParser.dll and needs to close..."

I am not able to continue with TestComplete execution. Attached is the snapshot of the error encountered.

Please suggest how to resolve this issue?

FYI, all my projects I'm running are JavaScript and I haven't experienced this error yet.
