TestComplete not identifying objects of SAP Application

Question

Hi Community,I have an SAP application to automate, but Test Complete is not identifying individual objects inside a frame, we have enabled the SAP Application extension as well and also tried adding the WndClass properties to MSAA still nothing seems to work, please suggest any ways to spy and add individual objects to name mapping.Marsha_R,&nbsp;HenrikR&nbsp;,&nbsp;JoostDG&nbsp;, mikef&nbsp;&nbsp;Please suggest any solution

What browser and version are you using?&nbsp; That may give us a clue.

It is a Desktop Application.

I suggest double checking everything on this page, your versions, the preparation, everything. Sometimes a step is accidentally skipped or a setting is accidentally changed and then problems happen.
