TestComplete license - Desktop module

What benefit it provide if some one has Desktop module besides web and mobile.

Our all the applications are based on Web based. I need to hear the feedback ,

Unfortunately, the page does not exist.

Thus, while it is my guess that desktop module might make it possible, for example, to handle windows displayed by browsers itself but not by web pages (e.g. browser security window), but in order to be on the safe side I would explicitly ask Support about this via the https://support.smartbear.com/testcomplete/message/ form.

I am not getting concrete answersfrom the support team.

 

I want to know if some one has desktop modue and able to recognize the window security dialog in micorsoft chromium based browsers ?

Can you provide a sample URL so that I can check with my version of Edge?

Here is the above URL , I am not sure you will be able to access it . As it is behing the firewall.

 

 

I am redirected to some landing login page indeed.

Maybe you know some other URL that causes the same dialog to be displayed?

It is because of the firewall.
