TestComplete.exe crash issue

Hi there,



We're using TestComplete/TestExecute (3.10.1894.7) to test cases on Win7 (64-bit). Recently we've frequently encountered TestComplete/TestExecute stop working issue, hence there has no result report been generated.



Logs from event viewer is attached. Please help to check what is going wrong. Thanks in advance!

    Judging by the crash report, the issue happens with TestComplete 9.10. I see that you get TestComplete's crash report. Could you please send this report, as well as the description of the issue to our Support team?
