TestComplete download at manage.samrtbear.com - Difference Current Licenced and downloadd version

If I start Testcomplete and Check the Version I get 15.51.4
If I try a update directly in TestComplete I get a message that it is not working (maybe I am not connected to the internet). But my connection to internet is working. I can open e.g. a news site.
If I login at manage.smartbear.com and Check my TestComplete Licence i can see Current Licenced Version 15.51.30
If I click the download button and check the product version i can only download 15.51.4 or earlier version.
So why am I not allowed to download the (latest) version  that I can see at Current Licenced Version (15.51.30)

Hi @rhu , If you login to https://manage.smartbear.com/ can you download the installer from there?
