TestComplete Integration with Jira Acceptance Criteria

Hello, my software company has been using TestComplete and JIRA for some time. We have just switched to Behavior Driven Development or the "Gherkin" model for new User Stories in JIRA. We are creating 1 or more Acceptance Criteria in the User Story. Is there a way to link these Acceptance criteria's to test cases in TestComplete and be able to identify defects based on a certain Acceptance Criteria failing? Do we need any specific plugins in JIRA or TestComplete to make this possible? For example, we are considering using the "Table Grid for Next Generation" plugin for JIRA to separate each Acceptance Criteria into different fields for better tracking.
