Test complete instance of client VM is not getting license when licenses are activated in VM

Hi All,   We have installed Test Complete licenses in VM(CPU data and Mac Address of which will not changed)   And The client VM where TestComplete is installed can ping to License server VM and ...

    Also kept the license server IP in "Remote License Search Parameters" 

     

    - I would suggest using a different IP as the license server may recognize that this already has already been assigned and ignore it
