Test complete instance of client VM is not getting license when licenses are activated in VM

Hi All,

We have installed Test Complete licenses in VM(CPU data and Mac Address of which will not changed)

And The client VM where TestComplete is installed can ping to License server VM and gets reply as well

and below options are enabled on client VM in  http://localhost:1947/_int_/config_to.html

- "Allow Access to Remote Licenses"

- "Broadcast Search for Remote Licenses"

- "Aggressive Search for Remote Licenses"

Also kept the license server IP in "Remote License Search Parameters" 

After doing all of this, TestComplete in client VM is not getting the license

Please suggest if any other settings to be made here?

I have raised a ticket in smartbear support too, posting here hoping quick responses.
