Test complete configuration in jenkins

I am able configure the testcomplete project in jenkins and when trying to run the functions which is having database queries the execution is going for infinite time. And it is not connecting to the database. But with the same configuratiion, the execution working in different machine.

Note:- Execution of the same function, works fine when run directly.
