Test Execute not started. No connection to Sentinel LDK License manager

In my tested VMware TE 10.30 sometimes not started because service Sentinel LDK License Manager also not started automaticaly. It start happans only last time. May be need do some settings. How can I ...

The waiting time can depend on your computer. Disabling all non-Microsoft services (or those you don't use) in msconfig can help you reduce this time.
