The script still needs to be in the project... it has to be to be used. So, don't remove it from the project.
However, the Project Test Items that we've talked about up thread... you need to point those to your test cases that execute the specific tests. It sounds like you have keyword tests that are utilities (login, etc) and keyword tests that are actual test cases. You need to set the project test items to be the test cases.

Why automate? I do automated testing because there's only so much a human being can do and remain healthy. Sleep is a requirement. So, while people sleep, automation that I create does what I've described above in order to make sure that nothing gets past the final defense of the testing group.
