Test Complete not able to identify objects inside the windows application.

Testcomplete not able to identify the objects inside the application.

it only identifes the windows in a hierarchy such as sys.process().window().window().

moreover , .NET section inside the advanced view  is not displayed in the object spy.

it only displays standard and extended section.

I am also trying to identifying the infragistics objects but object spy is not displaying any infragistics keyword in any of the properties.

2) What kind of application are you testing (Desktop, Web, etc)?

3) What technology is behind the AUT (component libraries, source code language, etc)?

4) What license of TestComplete do you have (Desktop, Web, Mobile, combination)?
