Test Complete is not recognizing the report window popup opened
I am testing to estimate how many minutes or seconds it takes to open a pdf report which is embedded in browser ajax frame.
On browser which has window caption as Progress Report - Internet Explorer, optimized for Bing and MSN, i am clicking on Run Report to open the PDF report in another browser pop up window in the main browser window..
It is PDF report but opening in browser ajax frame which has window caption as
http://qa2008-64/advantageV280/sy/DisplaySSRSReport.aspx - Internet Explorer, optimized for Bing and MSN.
First of all Test complete is not recognising either the Report frame window caption or the report in the browser frame.
I created a property check point to recognise the report browser frame by it's window caption.
The chekpoint is giving warning showing mismatch on window caption and pointing to window caption of main browser frame.
So i changed my script a little bit as after Clicking on Run Report, i minimised the main browser window.
But after opening the report it is still giving warning on the check point even though the main browser is not open on the screen and doen't recognise the report browser window.
Can you please tell me what can i do to for Test complete to recognize the window.
I am trying to develop performnace test on this and unfortunately it is not recognising Report window there also.

The property value "Progress Report - Internet Explorer, optimized for Bing and MSN" does not equal the baseline value "http://qa2008-64/advantageV280/sy/DisplaySSRSReport.aspx - Internet Explorer, optimized for Bing and MSN". 10:26:49

Hi Sri,
To help us investigate the problem, please zip your entire project suite folder along with the log of the failed test execution and send us the archive via our Contact Support form (http://www.automatedqa.com/support/message). Make sure that messages in your log correspond to the latest version of your tests.
Best regards,
Alexey
