Source control status Delete while editing key word test problem in version 12

Hi

when I want to edit keyword test in testcomplete version 12, I checked out test and start to editing it, while editing sometimes suddenly source control status for test become "deleted", both in testcomplete and TeamExplorer. 

is it a bug of version 12 ? 

what I must to do for this problem ?

      It seems to be an known issue. Please create a support case and require patch CC-7736. Thanks!

        I am checking your trial version, how could solve this issue on trial ? or in other words how can create a support case and get patch CC-7736 ?
