Shutdown utility keyword test hanging on "Waiting for the 'tcCrHost' process to close"

Hi all

 

I'm getting an issue in a keyword test when trying to close any open web browsers. The Indicator says it is "Waiting for the 'tcCrHost' process to close" and I have to stop the test run manually otherwise, it sits there forever.

 

In the test I am using a While Loop to on WaitBrowser to check if it Exists and using the Close Method on browser object. Even without the While Loop and with If Object the same issue happens. It started a couple of days ago and doesn't happen all the time or on every test. It seems a bit intermittent.

 

I found another post where it was suggested to add the application 'tcCrHost.exe' as an exception to the anti virus program, I've tried this in case but it hasn't fixed my issue.

 

Before I contact support :) Does anyone have any ideas \ suggestions \ experiences on fixing this issue?
