Screenshots on Picture panel in the object browser tab seem black

Hi,

Screenshots on Picture panel in the object browser tab seem black. After rightclicking-->Update From Screen picture becomes visible, but when clicking different item in the hierarchy (its picture seems black too) and turn to the same object, picture is black again.

How could i fix it?

    Note, these are not "screenshots" per se.  They are a representation of what is currently visible on the screen for that object.  So, if you any application overlapping your application undertest, than the object will appear "black".

    Hi handanu,

     

    It's worth checking if you see the same issue in the latest TestComplete version - 14.30. Could you please update to this version and let us know how it works?
