Save file dialog box through print to pdf on remote sesktop
Dear Community,
I found a problem that I can't solve properly.
There is a testcomplete app running on a remote desktop and it tests the app on the same remote desktop.
The case is when the tested app runs a process to print a document there's no printer attached so the default printer is the "save to pdf" (or something like that, I think everyone knows whatabout I'm talking about). So the save file popup window appears, the robot runs forward but I can't caption these "save file" dialog box and the interactions on it.
I tried to map this "save file" dialog box, but when it appears, nothing else can be clicked and even if I somehow hacked the process and try to identify the "save file" window, TC can't recognize it.
Have anybody met this problem before?
How could you solve this?
Is there any solution for that or this case can't be handled by Testcomplete?
I found nothing useful tipps on internet and stackoverflow.
Thank for your help,
Tibor

Issue solved!!! The printing dialog box popped up on the main desktop because of default printer setting on the remote comp. I've changed it to the remote desktop's pdf writer and that has an autosave function and can manage that window too (if needed).
Thank you, hope thats useful for the others.
