Salesforce lightening component objects not accessible

I am using TC version-Version: 14.50.976.7 x64 & Chrome version-94.0.4606.61 (Official Build) (64-bit) . I can just spy the outer parent window but not the button and textbox displayed inside the frame. If i try to use xpath the object shows as 'null' and cannot perform any action on it. 

Note: i have licence for web testing , chrome extension is enabled and also enabled project properties MSAA - '*' 

Can someone help me with this issue

For Chrome 94 you need TestComplete 14.93
