Reload/Install Test Complete extension at runtime

Hi Skilled,

I wonder if there is a way to reload/install TC extensions
at run-time.

So, that change in user extension could be applied without a
necessity to perform manual actions (I mean not via “File->Install script
extensions” menu item)
