Pull down menus are not being recognized during playback
Does TestComplete recognize pull down menus? I get an error during a run that states "There was an attempt to perform an action on a zero sized window"

Yes, TC will recognize pull down menus. My first inclination is that you have a timing error. What code are you using to open/access the pull down?
