PC Freezes when I try to export automated tests from TestComplete to QAC

Hello Team.

 

I have a need to export automated test cases from TestComplete to QAC so I've downloaded test agent (from QAC) and configured it accordingly. When I right click on keyword test in TC and hit "export to QAC", I get window to select type of and location for automated test case in QAC. Once exportation starts it never ends and after 5 or 10 minutes my PC freezes. However I can see test case exported in QAC but it never runs.

 

I tried to export with firewall and antivirus turned off but no success. 

My PC specs are i-5, 2.70Ghz, 16 GB RAM, win-10.

 

I would appreciate if you can help me to figure out why my PC keeps hanging. Moreover my project is located on desktop if that makes any difference.
