Must use the macOS for Teste mobile iOS?

Hello, I wanna iOS mobile test. 

So I read this support document.

In this document, use the macOS to Teste iOS mobile.

 

To test the iOS it is must need macOS ? 
Can't i iOS mobile test in windows?

    Hi Egg!

     

    Unfortunately MacOS will be required when connecting to iOS devices through Appium. Appium relies on OS X-only libraries to support iOS testing.
