I am taking over development of TestComplete for our company, how do I swap the licenced user

The current account ID is A61797 can this please be assigned to me or what?

    The company's SmartBear licence manager login credentials appear to be checking for the old laptop it was run from, I freed off the licences that were in use then it wouldn't allow me to sign in with it again. Maybe if I was going to have been using that old machine there wouldn't have been an issue, but it just stopped me getting into the product. I have raised an issue to get it fixed.

    I have changed the email address and password to me, don't know how to change the name on the account, but I have generated a licence and got TestComplete running on the new release so I can see the code I am supporting.

You can redact your account ID from you post (for extra security), and use this guide for reference [here]. Provided you have your company's SmartBear license manger login credentials you can use: https://manage.smartbear.com/
