I am taking over development of TestComplete for our company, how do I swap the licenced user

The company's SmartBear licence manager login credentials appear to be checking for the old laptop it was run from, I freed off the licences that were in use then it wouldn't allow me to sign in with it again. Maybe if I was going to have been using that old machine there wouldn't have been an issue, but it just stopped me getting into the product. I have raised an issue to get it fixed.

I have changed the email address and password to me, don't know how to change the name on the account, but I have generated a licence and got TestComplete running on the new release so I can see the code I am supporting.
