I have an winapp.In that i have an fullname of the wndClass.For that wndClasses how to create ODT Classes.

It's possible to create an ODT class manually via TestComplete GUI or programmatically. Please read the "Object-Driven Testing Tutorials" article and the related tutorials to learn how to do this.
