How to Enable/Disable Project suite test items

Is it possible to enable or disable project suite items (which are actually projects) during test run. Actually 1 of my project in project suite decide which project needs to run and which is not depending on the data provided to it on run time .

    There's no way to enable or disable test items from scripts. You can use a project suite variable to indicate which projects should run and check its value in them to decide whether to continue running the current project.
