Have anyone used Test Complete to automate Calypso or Murex applications?

a) I don't remember anyone mentioning Calypso or Murex on these forums;

b) Best approach is to get a (free) trial of TestComplete (https://smartbear.com/product/testcomplete/free-trial) and try according to your needs as something that is essential for you might be irrelevant for others and vise versa;

c) Quick googling gave me the info that both names are some platforms for capital markets, but said nothing what language these platforms (and applications based on them) are implemented at. If they are implemented using the development environments supported by TestComplete, then you should be able to work with them without any major problem. In case they are not, there is still a high chance that you will be able to get quite a lot of from what you need by using supplementary technologies supported by TestComplete (like MSAA, Text Recognition, etc.).
