I wanted to add my app to Freeze Diagnostics but all on this page are not active.

Your process filter mode is set to ignore all processes!
Is there way to enable buttons on this page? Because 'process filter mode' is also disabled.
I don't think it requires a certain license, so I'm not sure.
Changed manually from False to True
