Failed to load DLL shFolder: Smart Bear Test Complete trial installation issue
Hi All,
I'm trying to install the Test Complete free trial to evaluate the product and see if we'll , but running into issues. Running Windows 10 pro, and when the installation begins (I'm running the installer as admin) I receive the attached error. Any suggestions? I've attempted editing my local security policy per another help article but it didn't solve the issue.
The exception is: Failed to load DLL shFolder. Setup will now terminate.
Thanks for any assistance!
Chris

HI,
Thanks for the reply. Yes, tried that but didn't make a difference. I replaced the dll and restarted, but still getting the same issue.
