I am testing application and that application crashes randomly. To get the dump file for development team, i am using procdump as mentioned in this link

When I am using the application manually and it crashes, I get the dump file, but If testcomplete is running the system, I dont get any dump file of the crash.
What can be solution to make procdump to create files when application crashed.
