You need to make sure that tunnel.log is not currently open from some other process. It is an access error. Do you have it open in notepad or some other application?

Why automate? I do automated testing because there's only so much a human being can do and remain healthy. Sleep is a requirement. So, while people sleep, automation that I create does what I've described above in order to make sure that nothing gets past the final defense of the testing group.

No it is not opened in notepad.
some other application . ? how can we check ? is there any command to check ?

Not that I know of... you just need to make sure it's not currently in use by something.

I did not try process explorer . Support team asked can i reproduce the issue in stable manner, which is not possible as such error happens randomly.
The only option I have left is to reboot the machine.
Next time if this error happens again I will go to the process explorer and check if we can see that process
