Coming from HP ALM - looking for a solution to take the place of ALM's Test Lab for test runs

Our shop had HP ALM and we divided about 400 tests into Test Sets for specific areas of functionality in our application, We had a pool of host machines totalling 8. We scheduled this to run overnight and the Test Lab Agent would control utilization of these hosts to spread out the test execution.
Is there a way to accomplish this with TestComplete. Im reading about Parallel Testing. But cant find much documentation on it past a general introduction on the conept.

You can divide your entire set of 400 scripts into sub sets and configure it to be run on different systems on the network.
