Change Test Complete from single user to multi-user
When TestComplete was first installed, it was installed with a single-user logged into the PC in mind. Now there is the need for it to be available for any user whom logs into the PC. I tried uninstalling the tool and the re-installing -but the settings were all the same and it did not ask me to declare if it was a single or multi user .
How can I change Test Complete to be in multi-user mode?

Do you have a node-locked license or a floating user license?

Okay so that license works for multiple people, one at a time.
You said a single user can log on to the computer in question and run TestComplete. What exactly happens when a different user logs on to the same computer. Do they find TestComplete on the desktop? If so, what happens when they try to launch it?
