Can't repair testcomlete and can't uninstall

Question

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Hi&nbsp;&nbsp;Help!!!&nbsp;I was trying to install the trial version of testcomplete…and somehow got into an infinite loop where it appears part of the product is installed.&nbsp;I thought I would just uninstall and get back to square one and retry..but I can’t get there…because of the error below…&nbsp;Any ideas how to just “clean” my system of testcomplete and starting over…I DO NOT want to delete any of my ReadyAPI stuff..&nbsp;Thx&nbsp;KC&nbsp;looks like it can't find the c:windows\installer directory..I've tried the repair and uninstall and get the same error..Policy.

Here is the article that solved my problem!

Here is how I got by the install/uninstall loop for testcomplete after I deleted the “normal” resgistry stuff and the appropriate product folders and was still stuck…
