Can't repair testcomlete and can't uninstall

 

 

 

 

Hi 

 

Help!!!

 

I was trying to install the trial version of testcomplete…and somehow got into an infinite loop where it appears part of the product is installed.

 

I thought I would just uninstall and get back to square one and retry..but I can’t get there…because of the error below…

 

Any ideas how to just “clean” my system of testcomplete and starting over…

I DO NOT want to delete any of my ReadyAPI stuff..

looks like it can't find the c:windows\installer directory..

I've tried the repair and uninstall and get the same error..

Here is the article that solved my problem!

 

Here is how I got by the install/uninstall loop for testcomplete after I deleted the “normal” resgistry stuff and the appropriate product folders and was still stuck…
