Can no longer access files on network drive?

In a frustrating new development, I seemingly can no longer access files on a network drive through TC.

For instance, I have a ReadyAPI project on a network drive and I am now getting 'project not found' errors when executing.

Something had to have changed with TC because this used to work.

Has anyone else experienced this? Any workarounds or am I missing some setting?

  • Seems like it works if I use the domain in the hostname in the UNC path.  It used to work before without doing that or just pointing to a mapped drive (K:\directory\path).

Can you still navigate from the test machine to the network drive without using TestComplete? If so, can you still find your ReadyAPI project there?

What version of TestComplete are you using? When did you go to that version?

Yes, I can navigate to the network drive location via File Explorer and the project files are there. It's a NAS drive.
I am using TC version 15.49.6.7 (latest as of writing this). Went to this version on 3/2.

DId it ever work with version 15.49.6.7?

Can we see the code that's getting the error please?
