Calculator and Settings App Showing Up Randomly on Windows 10 when Testcomplete is Open

Question

Is anyone else experiencing an issue where the Calculator and Settings app shows up randomly when Testcomplete is starting up or idling while Testcomplete is open? Can't reproduce consistently yet.

I'm on Windows 10 Enterprise using Testcomplete 11.31.2420.7
