Hi I am trying to script for an application that resides on Citrix server. when I record the scripts, Test complete is recognizing the objects as Window Objects.Am I missing any plugins or some configuration settings?
IHWindowClass Click ... Clicks at point (140, 56) of the 'IHWindowClass' object.
IHWindowClass Click ... Clicks at point (109, 95) of the 'IHWindowClass' object.
Would you not just see the web portal
In my previous world we avoided automating Citrix app.

sanj is correct. The Citrix wrapper around the application is what TestComplete sees. It cannot access application internal objects via the Citrix connection. It's the same, basically, as interacting with an application running within a remote desktop connection. In order to interact with the application, you need to actually have direct access to the application.
I have installed the Test Complete in Citrix Server and accessing the Application directly. Test Complete able to recognise the objects. Try sanj if you can this way. Let us know your comments
