Aliases.iexplore.ToURL(some_link) problem

I have a problem with the time waiting for pages to load. 

How to set the application to wait until the page is loaded ?? Sometimes I waiting for pages to load 5 seconds, sometimes 50



What command I use is  Aliases.iexplore.ToURL(my_page_link).
